Citrus and fresh pear with apple blossom aromas, leading into a rich full mouthfeel with ripe golden apple flavors, hints of Meyer lemon, and vanilla. Wonderful when paired with miso beurre blanc butterfish or with slices of aged Parmigiano Reggiano or Gouda. Enjoy with scallops resting on top of wild arugula and capers with a squeeze of fresh lemon and extra virgin olive oil.

Elegant ruby-red, with expressive aromas of blackberry and black cherry. Deep flavors of summer raspberries, cinnamon, and cedar. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate, and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavors carry through to a long, pure, and persistent finish. Visually bright and stunning with a rich mouthfeel, amazing legs, and fantastic balance. Savor with grilled fish, chicken, pork, or pasta. 19 months in 60% medium toast new French oak.

On the nose, you will pick up blackberries along with bramble fruit with a touch of cinnamon, clove, and baking spices. Those notes flow onto the palate as you indulge in your first sip. The flavors transition into more of a chocolatey cherry, blueberry masterpiece. Brown sugar and pecan spices are teasing you as you come to this velvety, soft, rich, finish. Round tannins. Long smooth finish. Incredible when paired with grilled rack of lamb, shortribs, ossobuco, or Porterhouse Steak.

Rich, deep, dark purple, and almost black in color. Fruit notes of black cherry, ripe black plum, and violet aromas. Full mouthfeel and structured tannins roll into rich flavors of vanilla, clove, chocolate, and espresso. Négrette expresses pure elegance and will lay down for many years. This wine is mind-blowing when paired with a grilled rack of lamb, short ribs, ossobuco, or Porterhouse steak. Double-barrel production.
