Elegant, bright and well balanced with lemon, lime, gooseberry and passionfruit aromas. It is beautifully filled with bright citrus and mineral notes with hints of honeysuckle and stonefruit on the palate. The crisp acidity and ripe lemon make this a classic pairing for shellfish and rich seafood dishes, as well as triple cream cow’s milk cheese and your favorite French baguette.

Vineyard Notes
The fruit from this flavorful and beautiful Sauvignon Blanc came from a private estate located in the Russian River Valley. Bright straw color foreshadows the soft and tropical flavors this noble vine produces. It is the ultimate in light structure an elegant acidity. The Russian River Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA) is located in the heart of Sonoma County, California, just fifty-five miles north of San Francisco. The seasonal fog and the tempering effects of the ocean to our west give us an uncommonly long growing season, and creates ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. These nearly ideal growing conditions result in wines of uncommon depth and richness.
